How Does the Complimentary Offer Work?
Receiving and Claiming the Offer:
- The homeowner will be provided with a link to the HomePorter offer landing page (homeporter.com/partners/st/) either via email or directly from their legal representative. This offer is valid until May 15th, 2024.
- Upon accessing the landing page, the homeowner will be required to complete a contact form requesting their name, email address, cell phone number, and the date of home possession.
- After submitting the form, the homeowner will receive a confirmation email containing instructions on how to proceed with booking their complimentary Home 101 session.
Booking the Home 101 Session:
- The booking link, sent via email, allows the homeowner to schedule their session at a time that suits them, to be taken within 30 days following their home possession date.
- Following booking, an email confirmation will be sent to the homeowner along with reminders as the scheduled session approaches.
During the Session:
- Initiation: The homeowner will receive a text message containing a link to initiate the Home 101 session.
- Consent: Upon joining, the homeowner consents to use their device’s camera and microphone, facilitating a productive and interactive session.
- Execution: A certified HomePro will commence the Home 101 session, guiding the homeowner through the educational experience.
Post-Session:
After the session concludes, the homeowner will receive a report summarizing the session.
